Flow Communications, Inc. ("Flow," "we," "us," or "our") uses Google APIs only when a user authorizes a Google Workspace integration.
Flow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How Flow uses Google API data
Flow uses Google API access to let users and their AI agents carry out requested work in Flow, including work with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Calendar.
Flow only accesses Google API data after authorization through Google OAuth. Users can disconnect Google integrations in Flow settings or revoke access from their Google Account.
Limited Use commitments
Flow does not use Google user data to serve ads, sell data, determine creditworthiness, or train generalized AI models. Flow limits use of Google API data to providing and improving user-facing features requested through Flow.
